TV in Bedrooms

Everything was very nice just wish there was a TV in the bedrooms for our day of rest especially since flat screens are so very cheap these days. Thank you.

Each property is different so if a TV in the bedroom is important to you - you should book a property that offers that vs booking one that does not and then reviewing based on what you wish was available instead of what was shown/described in the listing. We do not have it in our description or in our photos and that is why we advised you of that. Guests that stay with us enjoy the peace & quiet of the bedrooms and we love that for them! Our family had a great stay. Perfect area. We felt safe and the place was clean and well equipped. Thank you to our hosts who provided all checkin info timely!

Gem 3 was exactly what we needed and more. The location was great, the beds were comfy and it was super clean. Would definitely stay there again!

the location was perfect to a ton of different places to shop, eat and go to the beach, but you have to be willing to walk.

Vacay to Gem 3

Very nice property, was perfect for our needs. It is close to lots of restaurants, grocery stores and the beach. We stayed for the month of February because I had appointments at Mayo Clinic and it was only a short drive there. I highly recommend whether you want to stay a few days or longer, it has everything you need!

Good stay

We had a good stay. The heat didn’t quite work properly but overall it was comfortable and clean.

Not what I expected

This property was in a good location, but the apartment itself was VERY damp and smelled like mildew. When I got home, all of my clothes were still damp and stank of mildew. I used to live a block from the beach in this same area and never had a problem with humidity like this, so I don't understand why this apartment was so damp and smelly. Also, the person that came and banged on my door on the day of checkout was very unpleasant. Would not recommend.

Thank you for your feedback Andrew - we use air quality sensors and did not have any alerts of mold or mildew in the apartment. Our experience with you as a guest was quite unfortunate with you smoking, staying well past check out time without approval, and leaving everything in a huge mess. So it wasn't we expected from a guest either. We are always happy to answer any questions our guests have - and also assist guests during their stay if anything comes up! Just let us know! Updated and cute place, funky smell

I stayed at this property for about 5 weeks this summer. It was really well done.....super nice kitchen appliances, very clean condo, great bathroom, jumbo closets, fully functional TV and Internet. This place was obviously well thought out and maintained. The only issue that I had was that there was a really pervasive odor to the unit....it smelled like mold. And now that I am home, I am having a very difficult time eliminating that odor from my things. I would have given it 5 stars but the moldy smell was what kept me from doing so.

We wish you would have contacted us during your 5 week stay and said something about an odor - we would have been happy to come over and check things out for you, but we never heard from you! We have an air quality monitor and there aren't any indications of any mold or air quality issues at all!
