When we got there and went to the room we wanted to leave, the room was not clean, the lamp by the desk was dirty the door to the cabinet where the refrigerator is stored was nearly coming off .in short nothing looked liked the pictures you show on your web sight I went to the desk complaint told him about it, he said he was sorry but there was nothing he could do if we checked out we would have to pay for one night . A little later the front desk person sought me out and asked me what could he do,he offered to give me a newer room, he took us to another room and I didn’t like the way it smelled there was an order, then he showed us a second one and it was better not great but better. the young man was nice and did all he could . But it was not what we expected and definitely not what you show on your web sight

Pillows in room smelled dirty. Desk staff was not very friendly. Food was Ok. Overall good.

The carpet in our room needs cleaning. When you walk barefoot your feet get dirty.

Our room was not very clean. The sheets and pillows smelled like BO as if they were not changed out. Overall is felt out dated.

As soon as i opened the door i noticed an odor of mold and mildew. Not a clean smell. I've stayed at this hotel numerous times and this was the worse. Low water pressure at sink. Couldn't sleep very good waking up to the stench of mildew. Worse hotel experience in a long time.

Did you notify someone at the front desk? That smell is not standard in our rooms, and we would have been more than happy to move you to a room that smelled much better.
