Our room was very clean and trust me I am very picky about that! Beds were very comfortable and the staff were all great. We rented a room with a balcony. It was so nice to sit out there and hear the music from a restaurant below. The hotel is by the harbor and in the middle of everything. Oh and they have a wonderful breakfast buffet every morning. The staff is pleasant and helpful. Wonderful hotel!

The bathroom floor turned the bottom of your feet black. It has not been cleaned properly in a long time. The carpet was Gross, room was very stuffy when we arrived. We had to go to the store and buy some Lysol!

Room size was great. Carpet needs to be replaced in all areas of the hotel. Breakfast was very good but no outdoor space since pool was under repair.

No place to sit outside as the pool area has been out of order for about 3 years. There is no other place to sit outside.
