The room smelled horrible, like someone sprayed a ton of bug killer. The TV was not hooked up. There were no blackout curtains so light was shining in from the parking lot all night. The water for the shower takes forever to heat up and is extremely loud, and high pitched, I’m sure everyone in the hallway could hear it. The tub wasn’t draining. I woke up too late for breakfast and when I looked at the food and beverages to buy in the lobby, there was hardly anything there. Why this hotel has an 8.5 rating is beyond me, it’s one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The lady at the front desk was indifferent when I talked to her, didn’t even ask how my stay was, just told me to put the room keys in the box. She also didn’t offer a receipt. Take the $129 I paid for that room and buy something to clean room 336, because I’m sitting in my car and I can still smell the bug spray.
