The place was very quiet and I clean. The staff was friendly. My room did have a few cosmetic issues that could have been taken care of but over all the stay was great!

Good Holiday Inn Express. Better than most breakfast including above average coffee. The pool was green and not in service which was a disappointment.

Our apologies you were disappointed with your stay. Ask for everything is not clear as you were only here for one night and checked into fully clean and sanitized room checking in the evening and departing early. Our front desk is quoted as one of the most friendliest front desk so if you would provide more specific details by contacting the hotel we would be happy to look into it. Until then, we wish you well in other future hotels as we have made note just how unhappy you were.
