Large suite in great location

We stayed at he hotel for one night. Although we requested a king suite through a third party site, when we arrived, our reservation showed a queen. The management kindly moved us to a larger suite with a king bed to accommodate us. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We chose this hotel for its proximity to UNF. It is in the Town Center, with access to shopping and restaurants by foot. It is approximately 2 minutes away from UNF by car. Great location. The only downside was the quality of the breakfast, which was included in the price. Overall, very good experience.

The property is disgusting. It’s poorly managed, poorly maintained, and overall filthy.

My pros are the staff was very accommodating, friendly,and helpful. Jeb stood out the most.He made a delightful host. My cons there was a dirty ring in the tub, We purchased a room with a peloton bike. There was no bike! The gym bike was broken. The seat was broken, the screw that lifts and tightens was also broke. Glad there was a shopping center there ...That was my exercise.

Hotel was nice all over. The breakfast they provided every morning was phenomenal. Anytime I visit Jacksonville this hotel will be at the top of my list.

The property has plumbing issues. Our room toilet would not flush all the way. Several other parties in our group had the same issue. I guess plungers were being handed out all night. We had a large coffee stain on our window curtain and the carpet under the window.
