Disappointed
Publié le 4 oct. 2024 sur HotelsWe were under a mandatory evacuation and booked this hotel after reviewing the restrictions listed on the booking platform. The platform said “pet friendly” and do not restrict a cat. After arrival, our family was denied check-in and denied a refund. Paid more for a different hotel and had to eat the cost of this hotel during a state of emergency.

We were very impressed and happy with our experience. We stayed as evacuees of Helene and it helped our stress level to stay in a well managed property with everything you could need nearby. The staff was friendly and helpful. All you could ask for.

We stay at this hotel often and it is so comfortable and clean! Highly recommend!

Good hotel in s good area
