I did not like the breakfast area. It was congested with many in the way of each other causing spills and heated reactions. Also the room could use some cleaning especially the bathroom. The van for transportation as a plus. The arrival of the bus should be coordinated with incoming flights. I was not aware that I had to call the hotel once I am in the area for pickup. It was quite noisy with banging closing doors.Perhaps you can add stops on the doors wherein they are not so noisy when slammed shut.

Sisters bed had pee stains all over it. Entire building was filthy. We were not the only ones upset, many others were at the desk complaining the morning of check out.
