This place was awful. Filthy dirty, smelt like smoke and the management didnt seem to care. We did not even end up staying there. Disgusting.

Sleep Inn is an acceptable hotel for the price. The walls must be thin because I heard people in adjacent rooms bumping around pretty much throughout the night. The breakfast was just a tiny bit more than a "continental breakfast". Next time I'll stay at the Hyatt Place, which is next door. It's about $25 more per night but worth it.

Nice affordable stay in Jacksonville!!
Our stay was great. Very affordable, clean, and good location from airport and cruise port. The staff was amazing, kind, and very friendly! When we called for our shuttle I wasn’t sure if it was going to be to late, they were very friendly and they had someone there within 15 mins. Nothing fancy but for the price you can’t beat it!

Pretty positive stay
Room was comfortable and the Sleep Inn seemed a bit worn. The people were wonderful and the shuttle could not have been better. Bed was great. Reasonable prices. We’d definitely stay there again

It seems like they barely bothered to clean the bathroom, all the towels were stained. There was a random washcloth on the counter unfolded. The smoke detector woke me up at 1:30am chirping for no reason and I had to press the test button to silence it. Shower looked like it hadn’t been cleaned at all.
