Horrible experience with the desk attendant. We came later in the day and the lady gave us the most “you’re an inconvenience to me” look while she was on the phone with someone else. Was very bluntly rude and passive aggressive the whole time to my wife. Unfortunately we didn’t get a name because she had it hidden behind her jacket.
Highly disappointed considering I always stay at La Quinta when going on all my trips and I’ve never been so rudely treated.
Other than the poor staff our room was quite nice, minus some of the lights not working and the tv was crooked but that just bothered my OCD.
