It was like staying in an HGTV property!
Publié le 4 févr. 2024 sur HomeAwayBeautifully appointed, very "of the moment" design wise, really lovely carriage home. It's small, but expertly designed. Donny was responsive and helpful when needed. Great neighborhood within walking distance of shops in a beautiful part of Jax. The only issue (and it's a tough one to get right because it's such a personal preference) is that the pillows were not firm and a bit lumpy - for my taste. But everything else about the stay made up for it. We would definitely stay here again.

Avondale

The location was superb, the unit was very clean and had all amenities that we could ask for. The Shoppes of Avondale is a 5 minute walk and has many excellent options. Really, it was a perfect stay and we wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Our host had every convenience possible, while the location was stellar. We parked once and walked to shops and restaurants in Avondale. Honestly, we didn’t want to leave and we’re sad to end our busy. Outstanding!

The owner may have adjusted had we asked but it wasn’t that big a deal so we let it go. TV was difficult to figure out but we got a bit of assistance on that and did eventually.

Publié le 6 juill. 2022 sur HomeAwayThis was our second year staying in this gorgeous place. It has everything you need, very clean place, quiet neighborhood, and comfortable space. It is not handicap accessible just a heads up for those who might need that, there is a flight of stairs at the interior entrance to get up to the living space. The bathroom is small for two, and needs more hooks to hang towels, more shelving, but that’s minor, I still give it 5 stars and would stay there every time!
