Our stay was very nice. The hotel was very nicely decorated and very clean. The entire staff was friendly, helpful, and professional. They went above and beyond to help us with any special requests. We ate multiple times in the restaurant and every time was enjoyable and reasonable. Our only disappointment was that with only valet parking available, it was way overpriced. And the bathroom had only one towel hook. Otherwise, everything was perfect!

This is our second stay here and we will be back! Beautiful property with gorgeous view of the ocean. Only minor complaint is wish they had more self parking spots. We were lucky and found one and walked everywhere. All the staff were friendly, we had room available early which is always nice. Found the room to be quiet and bed very comfortable. Room and property was exceptionally clean. Looking forward to their new hotel in Flagler Beach.

We loved the Landshark Bar and restaurant. The food was absolutely amazing and our waiter was phenomenal. Not a lot of public parking, so you really have to use the valet parking. But the overall rating was definitely 5 stars.

Beautiful property on great part of the beach that is not too crowded. We loved the onsite Landshark Bar! The staff there was so much fun & the service was excellent! It made our entire weekend!

Awesome place with a great vibe. Everything was great from the room to the restaurant. Great view of the ocean and beach. Will definitely be back! My only complaint is that the beds are like sleeping on a rock, I didn't know a mattress could be that firm.

Very disappointing. Entire property hard to navigate. Lobby on 2nd floor, no towels by the pool- have to go to the 2nd floor to get them. Staff not helpful. Food at LandShark subpar. The pool is small. Nothing ‘resort’ about it. Standard hotel at best. Room was nice but no chairs on the balcony, only a small end table. Outdoor shower off beach not working. Parking expensive and space very limited.

All was great at margaritaville except for one staff member who was not friendly or helpful. She really did not want to get off her seat the couple times we approached her. My only complaint about the room is that it was too warm. The outside temp was in the high 80’s and our room would not go below 75. Too hot for me to sleep. Other than that room was huge had a great view and was super clean! We would definitely go back.

We had a housekeeping manager who into our room unannounced!!! Not one knock and she burst in! We werec putting on our bathing suits to go down to ocean. Unacceptable. Got an apology. Going to contact manager. We stay here as it's a great location and restaurant on property.
