No remote and phone don’t work.

Room was clean and felt safe which was most important. No remote for the TV so with my torn ligament in my knee kept having to change the channel manually. Front desk girl had a basket of remotes but the one she gave us didn’t work. I couldn’t keep going down to swap them out. Wasn’t told about breakfast upon check in.

We only stayed over night but the staff here made us feel like family. We stayed here on our way to drop our son off to his next schooling with the Marines. They were so accommodating, gave us a late check out, and even after we checked out let us come back and opened a room so our son could change into his uniform. When you do training this needs to be the staff that does the training. Everyone we encountered during our time here has been so welcoming and making sure all of our needs are met. We WILL definitely be back to stay here given the opportunity. Thank you.

The hotel was just “good”. The bed was comfortable, but the room had a musty smell, and needs some updating. It was fine for one night but wouldn’t stay again. The safety latch on the door was loose, and there were some other areas needing repair.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. There was some noise late night, but was over quickly
