The outside of the room/s is very disgusting and smells awful. When I don't know what they mopped the floor with inside the room but the floor was very dirty like they used a old dirty mop

Stop using Hotels.com
Publié le 6 mai 2024 sur HotelsHotels.com shafted me. I booked for two rooms and went to check in to find out only one room was paid for and booked at the site. What happened Hotels.com? I saw my confirmation for two rooms and I was definitely charged for two rooms, but the property did not have that from you! It was impossible to get a hold of your customer service to rectify the situation. The chat option on ur site was completely useless. If you want money stolen from you then use Hotels.com.

ROACHES AND BUGS
