Cozy and Convenient

Condo near beach review
Publié le 21 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayGreg is a very kind & responsive host and the condo is a short walk from the beach. Very quiet community. Some small quirks that did not work well for our family, such as no reading light in master bedroom, no extra paper goods in the condo, not allowed to hang any wet towels or suits outside due to HOA.

I wish you would have asked for a reading light, we could have accommodated that for you easily.
Since you are renting a home not a hotel room, we provide enough paper goods (1-2 rolls of toilet paper,1-2 rolls of paper towels, etc) to get you started during your trip. These last most guests their entire trip when only staying a few days like you did, and if more is necessary based on your needs it is expected that guests will purchase their own additional items as needed, or could reach out and ask us to supply a little extra.
Unfortunately hanging wet items on the deck railing is against our HOA rules, but there are multiple other places to hang these items inside the unit.
It seemed as though you had a great time so I do not feel a 4 star review is warranted, but thank you again for submitting a review anyway.

Great for families!
Publié le 23 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayMy husband & our two children stayed here and highly enjoyed it! It was the perfect amount of space for us and very clean! It had everything we needed. It was such a quick walk to the beach, which is a must with small kids! Super close to grocery stores, food places, ice cream places, and less than 15 minutes from downtown Fernandina. Location was perfect. It was so easy to communicate with the owners, they were great!
Would definitely stay again :)

Perfect For A Getaway

Nice Spot for a family beach trip
Publié le 22 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe condo was as listed and we were pleasantly surprised to see that they had all the beach equipment we needed and even beach towels. Another wonderful surprise was that the television has all the premium streaming services. This was a great feature and so rare to find! The location is about a block and half from beach and the development is really beautiful with a tropical feel, pool, and tennis courts. I would love to live there! The owner (Greg) was quick to respond and a great communicator. He handled everything beautifully and is even mailing me my sunglasses I left behind accidentally. Great listing at our absolutely favorite beach.

Amelia Island trip

Great spot!
Publié le 25 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayMy small family and I came to Amelia Island for a quick late week trip and found Greg’s place available! It was so close to the beach! Walking distance while carrying a 1 year old, so that’s always a plus!
The place was clean and there were clean towels and everything we would need available to us.
Greg communicated very well with me and responded quick, if I had any questions.
We will be back one day!
