Great beachfront location
Publié le 23 août 2024 sur HomeAwayLovely beachfront location, great kitchen with everything you would need. Beds and baths also great. Dining and living areas lovely, but overcrowded with furniture. You could not sit at dining table due to this, and sectional couch uncomfortable. Porch has great seating and views!

Amazing
Publié le 23 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayWe absolutely love this place! We felt totally at home here. Amazing views! Well equiped with everything you need, easy access to pools and beach. Everything we wanted to do while on the island was within 5-10 minutes. The host were very attentative to all the details before, during and after our stay. Highly recommend booking this condo for your next vacation. We'll be back!

You will be very gladd you booked this condo!

It's newly renovated, has a great view of the ocean and is located just high enough to be above the noise but not so high that anyone would be uncomfortable. Our interaction with the property manager was very positive, she is very attentive and prompt in her communication. This is our second year renting one of her units so as repeat customers we can very that our positive experience is the norm. We happily recommend both this condo and booking with this particular property manager!

Endless Ocean Views

Love Amelia Island

Honeymoon

It is a beautifully arranged condo with a gorgeous view of the ocean. It faces east so you can watch the sunrise. It’s in a great location, about a 10 min trip to downtown and if you want to go to the Ritz for dinner or any other reason there is a path that leads to it so you don’t have to drive. My wife and I would not hesitate to book this condo again.

Wonderful Getaway!

We had never been to Amelia Island before and chose it because we love the Atlantic side of Florida but also because of this property and the beautiful view displayed in the pictures. We were not disappointed! The condo is actually as it appears in the pictures and the view was spectacular. The rental company gave excellent service - we had a little glitch with the TV and they came right away and helped us. They couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. The condo was furnished beautifully and the kitchen stocked with all the equipment needed. Checkin & checkout was very easy and went smoothly. The beach was not crowded while we were there and Fernandina Beach was such a lovely little town. We had a wonderful trip and would highly recommend this place to anyone. The rental company encouraged us to put their app on our phone & we did. It was so helpful in giving us information about our reservations, checkin, checkout, beach rental equipment and restaurant information. We had everything we needed on our phone. We definitely can't wait to come back!
