Wonderful Place on the Beach
Publié le 25 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe travel to Amelia Island a couple of times a year and this condo is easily the nicest place we’ve stayed at. It has now become our go-to home away from home in north Florida!

Attention to Detail was Apparent
Publié le 8 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe totally enjoyed spending time with our young granddaughters at this lovely oceanfront condo. Wonderful views. This is a very well-kept property. Owners have paid attention to a lot of details making the stay even more enjoyable.

Perfect condo

Great view, we loved watching the dolphins play each morning in the ocean. There’s plenty of room for a family of 4. The beds are comfortable, which is a bonus on a week long vacation. The owners are wonderful to check in with you to make sure everything is ok! Would highly recommend this condo. Can’t say enough good things about 18 Ocean Place!

Great stay and a GREAT location
Publié le 16 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayLovely 2B/2Bth condo on the 4th floor. Well appointed and very comfortable. This condo also had something a lot of the other condos we have rented do not, LAMPS! I know seems like a strange thing to call out but having lamps throughout the room really makes a difference in lighting the room appropriately. If I had to nitpick one small thing, it would be that some of the surfaces were a little dusty but, by no means, was the condo dirty. Just an observation. Would recommend and would definitely stay again. GREAT communication from the owners. Very engaged in making sure our stay was a good one!

We're glad you had such a "great stay." We have tried to do everything we can make our condo comfortable, and lamps are part of it! :) Nothing should be even a little dusty, that's already been addressed. Cleanliness is a top priority and our many other reviews bear that out. We're thrilled you have booked a return visit already! We look forward to having you back again!

Never disappointed
Publié le 8 mai 2024 sur HomeAwayWhat can I say accept that our stay is never disappointing, the condo is absolutely beautiful, always spotlessly clean and provides everything you need to have that ultimate getaway. You don’t need anything accept to take in all the beauty that this place offers!!
And the host’s are just incredible always.

We walked on the beach which is lovely. The host was very, very thoughtful and engaged, the beds were comfortable and the unit well maintained and clean.

Publié le 19 mars 2024 sur HomeAwayThis condo was absolutely fabulous. The place was super clean, had all the amenities that you could want, and the most amazing view of the water and beach. We even had fun watching for the gopher tortoises and rabbits. Bring a pair of binoculars and you will enjoy watching the dolphins play in the water too. The location was absolutely perfect. We would definitely stay there again.
