This exclusive 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom Sea Dunes Villa offers a unique floor plan with the bedrooms set up as two separate suites off of the living area! Beautifully furnished, magnificent oceanfront views, and double balconies make this property the perfect seaside retreat!

Walking through the front door of 1637/1638 Sea Dunes, you will immediately notice the breathtaking oceanfront views from every room- kitchen, living area, and both bedrooms! The sunny yellow painted walls adorned with shiplap and comfy sectional with ample seating welcome you to the spacious living room. A large surfboard and beach themed decor create the perfect coastal setting. Enjoy a family movie after a day of fun in the sun on the large flat screen television!

The adjacent dining area features a wooden table with chairs on one side and bench seating on the other. Two barstools sit at the counter for additional seating. The nearby fully equipped luxury kitchen creates an ideal space for preparing a scrumptious family meal. Granite countertops, stunning white cabinetry, and stainless steel appliances are all features of this grandeur kitchen. A laundry area with a stackable washer/dryer is also conveniently located off of the kitchen.

On the south side of the living space sits the master bedroom painted a cheerful green and decorated with coastal embellishments and white shiplap accents. This large room boasts a king bed, a flat screen TV, an oversized chair that pulls out into a twin sleeper, and private access to the covered balcony. Sip your morning coffee and enjoy the Amelia Island Sunrise from this shaded balcony! The connected master bathroom features double sinks, granite countertops, and a tiled walk in shower.

Across the living room lies the 2nd suite with another bedroom and bathroom. The second bedroom offers a king bed, as well as a queen bed, a flat screen TV, and the same gorgeous oceanfront views from its own private balcony. A wet bar with a mini fridge is also located in this room for added convenience. A second bathroom adjoined to this room features granite countertops and a combo shower/tub.

This soothing getaway is directly oceanfront on the 3rd floor, complex offers an elevator, and only steps from the sandy beach. A quick 2 minute stroll will take you to the huge Sea Dunes pool where you can bask in the sun or take a refreshing dip! It's the perfect getaway for anyone! While staying in this luxury vacation condo you can visit the Omni Hotel to enjoy a glass of wine, ride bicycles through the plantation's many trails, take a stroll down to the Plantation's many shops and restaurants, visit the miniature golf course, rejuvenate at the nearby spa and salon, or enjoy a golf game on one of Amelia Island Plantation's luxury golf courses. This condo also includes access to double tennis/pickle ball courts just across the street.

Much needed time away.
We love the location and view. Ocean view from everywhere in the condo. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the golfers drive by from 15 green to 16 tee. The grounds are so well manicured. Looking forward to our return trip soon.

Us Four and No More
Once we reached our condo, the four of us, men included, were so favorably impressed with the building, the condo, the entire facility. One of our party walked in the door, saw the view from the window and cried because it was so beautiful. This was without a doubt, one of the cleanest and most nicely arranged facilities for two couples that we have ever visited. The four of us also agree that to enhance our visit, it would have been very helpful, to have had either paper or email maps of not only directions to the facility, but eating places on the island. We did locate the local tourist map in the condo however, a map prior to our arrival would have been most helpful to us, especially since it was pouring rain so heavily, we could barely read the road signs. We are talking a return visit!!

Perfect for Weekend Getaway
Some Florida friends joined us for a weekend celebration of our 46th anniversary. Perfect place with the 2 master bedrooms and gathering place in the middle! Location to the beach was just steps away. Did I mention elevator?? Yes, you have to book third floor and up for a spectacular view from your unit. Very well kept up with comfortable beds. That’s important! Enjoyed our stay and will probably book there again.

We loved everything about this rental! The furniture was not only nice to look at it was so comfortable - we had to call the management company and they were so easy to get a hold and even followed up on our particular situation. Family getaway
Perfect location- beautiful ocean views, cute and charming and cozy. Owners very responsive when we had difficulty with getting in the unit- fortunately there are two entrances because the locking mechanism is not working on the second door. Made owners aware so it can be fixed. To make this place an absolute 10, I would add more wine glasses, wine bottle openers, a blender to make fruity drinks, family board games and a guest book! Nevertheless, I would definitely rent again! Great Condo overall!

Great place and great location!
First time at Sea Dunes and we loved it!! Great location, close to ocean and pool! Just wished the pool was heated as it was a little chilly at times! Not anything this specific condo/owner could do about that so no worries. We loved it! Management team was wonderful and always very responsive! They went above and beyond to make sure we were set and had everything we needed! We will be back!

3 problems: -unit above us under construction for 3 days. Noise in our unit made it unlivable between 9 and 3:30. -bed in the Master bedroom is subpar. Getting in bed and turning over is very difficult and accompanied by CRUNCH sound. -the tv’s w/n the unit require passwords that are not given. I ended up watching the NFL on my i pad. The managers offered to come set it up, but i did not want to hang out waiting for them.
