Family friendly stay
Publié le 3 nov. 2024 sur HomeAwayOur family of 6 with ages ranging from 10 to 80 stayed here for a week in October. This was a wonderful time of the year to stay as we had the pool and beach nearly to ourselves. The condo is a short walk from the pool and beach. There were adequate beach towels and beach chairs. Kitchen is large and stocked with plentiful dishes, glasses, pots and pans, etc. The property has nice walking trails and is very pretty for morning walks. There are great restaurants close by and in downtown Fernandina Beach. Although there is an elevator, it stops at a 1/2 floor level, so you do need to walk up 6-8 steps unto reach the level of the condo. This wasn’t an issue for us, but could be for someone with mobility issues.

Great Stay at Shipwatch
Publié le 19 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe condo was excellent, clean, and comfortable, just as advertised. Our hosts were also timely in their communication and everything was a breeze. The unit was steps to the pool and a few more steps to the beach. We had two toddlers in our family, so the convenience factor was a major plus. The unit has plenty of space and all everything within worked perfectly. We would definitely book again.

Family vacation

Great Family Trip
Publié le 21 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayWonderful family vacation in a beautiful condo! Everything you need for a wonderful week at the beach! Communication was super- hostess was quick to response to any question/needs. Plenty of room for our whole family-we enjoyed watching the sunrise from the patio in the mornings and then playing cards at night at the table which fit our whole crew. My grandchildren and children are ready to go back-this was one of our favorite places to stay on Amelia Island so far!

Beautiful updated condo. Kitchen is fabulous!

Ours was by far the nicest!
We loved having access to beach chairs since our car was packed and we left ours at home.
We sat on the porch every morning for coffee and watching the sunrise.
I loved the lotion they had in the bathroom! Such a nice touch.
We loved every minute of our stay at AIP.
Thank you for making our week at the beach a 10!!!

Fantastic Week at the Resort Condo
Publié le 25 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayThis condo was the best place we've stayed at in Amelia Island. From the beds to the kitchen and the bathrooms, everything was really comfortable and updated. They had plenty of really fluffy bath towels along with really nice beach towels. The condo was outfitted with plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas. Even the bath tissues were really soft!:o) This place was amazing!!

Beds and furniture very comfortable.
We were happy no sharks got us!
