WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

Drove all the way from NC (8 hrs) to get to this property on Memorial Weekend 2024 at 10:00 pm and the code to the door did not work. Nor could I reach the property manager even hotels.com couldn’t reach them either and we had to be placed in a hotel away from the beach. We called the property manager, we sent emails and all. Luckily we had family there too that we could stay with the first night until our hotel was situated. Another red frag was the very lack of communication prior to arrival where I had to contact Hotels.com to get the property manager to send a code and all information that was supposed to be received 72 hours prior to check in. THIS WAS THE WORST Experience and I never ever had this happen to me before, I will forever be afraid to book at any spot that is not attached to a resort.
