Belle empkacement Propre Pres beach Room Vu palmier Pool super belle terasse dejeuner vu piscine Relaxe Endroit ideal Pour visiter ou travailler Espaces chambre mini banquette wowww Dejeuner excellent choix Oeufs Vagel Pain tiast Muffun Anglais Gauffre Ect .... Je Recommande mes amis Canadien qui von vets floride !!!

Très bien pour le prix. La personne à l’accueil a été très sympathique. A seulement 10 minutes de la plage en auto. Très satisfait!!

The hotel was roach infested and dirty. The staff was extremely rude, even raising their voice and degrading elderly people. The assistant manager, was especially rude and also lied about being the manager so that he wouldn't get in trouble when asked to speak to his supervisor.

We booked 5 rooms but all rooms were charged on 1 card although we individually provided credit cards for each room. We were also charged tax despite individually presenting tax exempt cards. We tried to coordinate with the property but they insists that this is a lapse on Expedia’s end despite the fact that: 1. The charge showing on the credit card is coming from the hotel, not expedia. 2. It is PAY AT PROPERTY and it was the receptionist who took the credit cards & tax exempt IDs. This the very reason why we chose a PAY AT PROPERTY hotel in the 1st place, so that necessary tax adjustments can be done at the hotel. Although the manager sounded professional & nice, I believe he could have come up with a better solution than have us tell Expedia to give them a call. He could have done this himself. Both the manager and the receptionist lack training & accountability for what was clearly a mistake on the receptionist’s end.
