Shower was broken. Water damage and mold in bathroom. They were out of commodities like toothpaste or laundry detergent. Could not give me quarters for laundry. Found cockroach in my room. Otherwise, comfortable bed and nice 55" tv.

I liked my room. It was a typical 2 -4 person room. I had plenty of room to put my clothes away, set up my laptop, and wash up. The only reason I gave some fours is because some of the bathroom fixtures felt a little dated and the breakfast area was limited on counter space (which affects flow). Also the breakfast area had a 90. That is border line. All the desk clerks were polite except one who only looked up if addressed. I didn't like that she was not acknowledging people or what they were doing. I came in one afternoon and saw a person going in a ground floor window, that was a bit disturbing.

The property is terribly dated. We had to be moved to another room because the TV & telephone wasn't working. The breakfast left much to be desired.
