Sérieusement n’y allez pas !
Publié le 3 juill. 2022 sur HotelsLors de notre arrivée pour un problème de règlement de la chambre entre Hotels.com et l’hôtel, nous avons attendu 1:30 notre chambre et il a fallu que j’appelle moi même pour régler leur problème.
La réceptionniste nous a pris en grippe et nous a fait attendre ; elle nous a attribué une chambre déjà occupée. Je suis rentré dans une chambre où les occupants dormaient. La réceptionniste ne s’est pas excusée, pire elle nous a encore fait attendre ! La chambre était limite propre et les serviettes à vomir. La climatisation était bruyante et le passage de l’autoroute un enfer. Le petit déjeuner était à la limite de l’acceptable. Je peux comparer avec 25 autres hôtels que j’ai utilisé pendant mes vacances ; alors un conseil : NE CHOISISSEZ PAS CET HÔTEL

This was the first time I booked allowing expedia to choose my hotel- never again. Its an old motel style where room doors open to outside and I didn't feel safe between location, constant activity outside including some homeless people sorr of camping at edge of parking lot among others. Room appeared clean enough at first but water in shower reeked and when I opened fridge cockroaches ran out. Breakfast area was disgusting and almost no food offered at all. I left around 2 am my 2nd night because I didn't feel safe in or out of the room.
