Relaxing Oceanfront Condo -Seaglass Spectacular Ocean Views from every room

This amazing oceanfront condo has a southern coastal charm with a relaxing atmosphere. This resort is in a securely gated complex on the desirable south end of Amelia Island in Summer Beach, located between the Ritz-Carlton Resort and the Omni Resort. The setting is in a lush coastal hammock forest with sand dunes directly on the beach. The developers purposely left much of the natural tree canopy intact to give a wonderful feeling of privacy and serenity, as well as preserve the beautiful habitat.

This romantic, luxurious getaway offers a relaxing and inviting ambiance. From the carefully selected decor to the magnificent unobstructed ocean views from every vantage point. You will feel your stress melt away.

The Private balcony is great for morning coffee and watching amazing sunrises or sipping refreshments in the evening as the sun goes down. From the second story, you have a perfect view of the occasional dolphin entertainment as they play along waves, as well as the natural wildlife throughout the dunes and beach.

Great amenities are included in this charming second-floor, one-bedroom retreat. A deluxe king-sized bed, luxury linens (sheets and towels), and new appliances including a full-sized washer and dryer. Also included is a fully equipped kitchen. Newly updated bathroom with a walk-in rain spa shower. For your convenience, we have provided two beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella, and a soft-sided cooler bag.

Other amenities are available at the Amelia Surf and Racquet Resort: Free parking directly in front of the building. There are 4 clay tennis courts, a boardwalk that brings you directly over the dunes onto the white sandy beaches, a shaded picnic area, and a bike rack located in the parking lot. Two large oceanfront pools to choose from with plenty of lounge chairs.

Other favorite things around the island you might want to explore are the amazing walking and biking trails, quaint shops and restaurants on the Historic Riverfront, award-winning golf courses, luxury day spas, and the many delightful eateries of all kinds.

All the little things provided
We have stayed in a variety of housing around the world. But, I have to say, this one provided more of the "little things". Night lights throughout, paper plates (as well as very nice dishes and glasses of every kind) , snacks, condiments, soaps, towels. . Very clean. Very bright. Beautiful beach view. Easy access via stairs or elevator. Host directions, instructions and recommendations all first class and easy to follow. Perfect size for 2..We will definitely return. Also, the location is easy ride to stores, golf, restaurants, tennis--anything youi can think of. Pool is right outside the building and is well maintained. First class all the way.

Lovely Condo and Caring Owners
What a lovely condo and what caring owners. I felt immediately at home when I walked through the door of this condo. There were fresh flowers and a six-pack of sparkling water courtesy of the owners. The condo is immaculately clean, extremely comfortable, well-equipped, and beautifully furnished. The instructions are thorough and helpful. The balcony overlooking the pool and the ocean was my go-to place every morning after my 7-mile power walk on the beach. The beach is clean, beautiful, and uncrowded. Afternoons spent reading on the beach were idyllic and serene. I found the location perfect for my needs: a quick trip to the market (1.5 miles), an afternoon wandering the charming shops in downtown Fernandina Beach (12 minutes, no charge for parking), and a visit to St. Augustine (about an hour depending on traffic). Amelia Island is calm, peaceful and charming. I slept better and longer here each night than I do at home. I will return and would look to stay here again.

Great condo right on the beach. Unit was sparkling clean and fully stocked with everything you would need. Lovely balcony for morning coffee. Various coffee shops, and restaurants within a short drive. We enjoyed playing tennis and walking on the gorgeous beach.

The Sweetest, Cleanest, most perfect condo for a couple… and with the best Ocean View we’ve ever enjoyed. A few glitches Cindy remedied almost before we informed her! Noticed upgrades from our last stay that weren’t necessary but a terrific surprise. Can’t wait to return.

Tranquil Oceanfront Beach Getaway
We truly enjoyed our stay in this beautifully decorated seaglass beach getaway with immaculate views and unforgettable sunrises and early morning strolls along the beautiful lightly golden sandy beach. The condo was wonderfully decorated in beach decor, very clean with fully stocked kitchen and convenient to shopping and restaurants. We loved the panoramic ocean views, the balcony privacy, quick elevators and short easy walk to the beach.

Amazing Condo
This is by far the best VRBO we’ve stayed in! The bed was hands down the most comfortable bed (other than our own). The condo had anything and everything you’d need down to chip clips! Easy walk to the beach with a spacious pool area with bathrooms. The check in and check out process was super easy. I would highly recommend this Property if you’re visiting Amelia Island. We were here for a conference at the Ritz Carlton and it was an easy walk two doors down. Great location!

The property is immaculate with stunning views & very easy access to the beach. The condo itself was incredibly clean with every amenity imaginable. My husband and I enjoyed our stay in the gorgeous Seaglass condo……the views of the ocean are spectacular and the condo was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. A slice of heaven!
This is our third stay at this wonderful unit and location. Cindy, the owner keeps the unit updated and spends so much time with the beautifully decorated unit to add to the experience. The views through palm trees just outside the huge picture window and side sliding door to the balcony to the pool and then the ocean. It is a second floor unit so we seldom use the elevator. It is so convenient and once you top the stairwell onto the second floor, the unit is right in front of you. Beach front and very short walk to the pool or beach. It is located in a gaited community in this complex that is next door to Ocean Pointe and the Ritz Carlton. The beach is uncrowded and a wide Florida beach! The owner is quick to respond to any questions. Check in and out can’t be made any easier anywhere. The Island is beautiful with so much to see and do and the food is wonderful with many great options. We have already booked another week for next summer in that same unit! Danny
