We were disappointed in this location. While the bed looked nice when we arrived, it was very lumpy and uneven, giving us a bad nights sleep. We found a used towel behind the bathroom door that was missed by the service team, making us question whether the room was clean. The shower drain made a drip drip sound all night.. we had to close door to mask the sound. All in all we were glad we only booked 1 night

Everything about this property was great. Even when the AC in our room was not working properly, the hotel staff made it right by moving us to another room of the same size. We have no complaints whatsoever. When we make it to New Bern again to be with our family, this is where we want to stay.

I was disappointed and a bit repulsed that the carpet in both elevators was terribly stained, with a variety of stain sizes and 'colors', obviously sustained over time. The tile in my bathroom had old, dirty grout. The cleaning staff were excellent; it was the overall condition of the hotel that was not up to par.

We had a good stay. We were in the area visiting family near by. The room was clean, bed comfortable, staff very helpful & pleasant. The breakfast buffet was the usual and kept stocked.
