The manager took $30 claiming it was for a hand towel and bath mat. I explained that they were nasty because I had to clean the room because it was nasty. She told me I should have gotten housecleaning to do it. I told her the rooms should be clean prior to checking in. She was very rude about it. She had me sign an envelope saying she kept the $30. Very unprofessional.

EMILY YOU COMPLAINED THE ROOM WAS DIRTY WHEN YOU CHECKED BUT YET YOU EXTENDED YOUR STAY 3 MORE DAYS AND YOU TOLD ME YOU USED THE TOWEL TO CLEAN UP A SPILL IF THE TOWEL STAINED YOU YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY FOR IT. HENCE THE DEPOSIT .AND YES ALL GUEST SIGNED WHEN DEPOSIT IS CHARGED OR RETURNED IT COVERS BOTH PARTIES INVOLVED.

There was no breakfast or hottub as advertised. The manager took $30 of mine saying a towel was dirty. It was dirty from cleaning the room when we forst arrived.

When we arrived I cleaned a spill on the floor with a hand towel. Because the floors were so dirty they towel was black. I was charged $30 for something I could replace for less than $10. The manager is a thief. I was told I should have let them clean the floors they didn't clean to start with

EMILY , IF THE ROOM WAS DIRTY WHEN YOU CHECKED IN ON THE FIRST DAY THEN WHY DID YOU CONTINUED TO BOOK 3 MORE RESERVATIONS DAILY TO CONTINUE TO STAY ? AS I TOLD YOU BEFORE WHEN YOU CHECKED IN THE PAPERWORK YOU READ AND SIGNED EXPLAINED YOU WERE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY STAINED OR MISSING LINENS YOU USED A TOWEL TO CLEAN A SPILL YOU MADE . THAT'S WHY YOU WERE CHARGED. YOU MUST HAVE BEEN HAPPY WITH OUR ROOM TO BOOK 3 MORE RESERVATIONS AFTER YOUR FIRST DAY .

The room was gross when we got here. The floors were black so i used a handtowel to clean it. They charged me $30 for the handtowel and bathmat. I was told i should have gotten the cleaning people to take care of it. It should have been clean when i got there. There's also no breakfast or hottub as advertised.

EMILY YOU WERE IN THE ROOM FOR 4 DAYS WITHOUT LETTING HOUSEKEEPING IN TO CLEAN. THE FLOORS WILL GET DIRTY. AND IF THE ROOM WAS DIRTY WHEN YOU CHECKED IN WHY DID YOU EXTEND YOUR STAY EVERY MORNING FOR 4 DAYS ALSO WHEN YOU CHECKED YOU WERE ASKED TO READ A PAPER AND SIGN EXPLAINING YOU WILL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR THE LINEN. AND WE DO HAVE A JACUZZI ITS IN A ROOM THAT YOU NEED TO RENT. ITS NOT A PUBLIC JACUZZI AND YES WE DO NOT SERVE BREAKFAST CURRENTLY BUT YOU KNEW THIS THE NEXT MORNING AND YET EXTENDED YOUR SAY 3 MORE DAYS
