This is the worst Ritz Carlton I have ever been to. It just seemed like a run of the mill Marriot.

We let them know we were celebrating our 40 Year Wedding Anniversary and they took it upon themselves to pamper us throughout our stay. We received complementary meals, desserts and a bottle of champagne. It seemed as though the entire staff knew we were celebrating and took an active part in making every facet of our trip memorable. The resort is clean, and the staff is courteous and responsive. There so many things that are included that you can leave your worries at home. If you're looking for a luxury resort, The Ritz won't disappoint.
