We had a handicap accessible room (#316) and it was very spacious and clean. The hotel location felt very safe and the hot breakfast was a treat. Although we only stayed overnight to spend time with family, the room was well equipped for an extended stay. Would stay here again.

Second time stay there. Rooms were clean, staff friendly, and helpful. Only ask would be for some more choices in the breakfast. Highly recommend this hotel.

Although this hotel says dog friendly, they did not trat us friendly As I checked in they charged me $100 extra for my service animal. I told her I was unaware of this fee and said that I was welcome to look for another hotel. At this point I did not have an option and had to pay it I stayed at other TownPlace suits and was not treated this way The desk staff were unfriendly also when checking out. I handed her the key and say thank you and she didn’t even look up Also parking is not the best here. This parking lot is shared with another hotel so if you are arrive late at night, there may not be parking

I stay at this location several times a year due to appointments at the Mayo Clinic. Normal my wife and I are pleased with our stay. Not this time the tv did not work at all, we couldn’t even cast from our phones. No one told us when we checked in, we were only told when we called the front desk.The bed was horrible we both woke up with terrible back aches. We will most likely not stay at this location again.

Mini suite with double beds. Didn’t like that bathroom door open at bed. Breakfast need improvement as options limited. Staff nice. Need more handicap parking totally inadequate. If lot of people stay, not enough parking period. Too many compact car spaces. Shares lot with another hotel. Shops nearby. Laundry on site. Coffee spot right at entrance. Shops and eateries nearby and not far off interstate.
