Excellent, beautiful and clean.
I recently stayed at this beautiful 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home that was just a short walk from the beach. This place was perfect for our family vacation! The house was spacious and well-maintained, with plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax. One of the highlights was the lovely patio area. It was a great spot to enjoy our morning coffee and evening meals. The patio was nicely furnished and provided a peaceful retreat after a day at the beach. The location couldn’t have been better. Being within walking distance to the beach made it easy for us to come and go as we pleased. We loved the convenience of not having to drive and find parking. Overall, this home was a fantastic choice for our beach getaway. It had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing beach vacation.

Location and neighborhood are great. Quiet street with quick access to beach, restaurants, etc. Pictures are accurate. Accommodations were lacking. Pantry is locked - so all food must be stored on counters. Only 4 forks. Only 1 broken spatula. No baking sheets, oven mitts, pot holders. A couple very worn pots and pans. No crockpot, airfryer, or other cooking accessories. One eye on the stovetop doesn't work. Grill didn't work. Most plates are not microwavable. AC in main living area works, but bedrooms stay very warm - especially the converted attic bedroom. Unwelcoming message from owner upon check in that they will be monitoring cars coming and going via cameras and to not have any "gatherings". So much for visiting family. Not allowed to park in front of garage for some reason. Would not stay again.

This house was absolutely amazing for our group. Everyone had space, the place is gorgeous, close to the beach and grocery stores, target, other restaurants etc. the owners were super kind and the house was wonderful. Saving this listing to return next summer!! 10/10.

Visiting Jax beach and having a big house to stay in was easy with this property. We loved how close it was to the beach and restaurants. Having a nice house to come back to was perfect. Easy check in process and this house accommodated 6 people very comfortably.

Our youngest son & family live in Jacksonville Beach so we rented this house to gather for Christmas vacation. My 97 yr old MIL was with my husband & I. Our older son & his wife from WI joined us for a few days. The house is beautifully furnished and also had many small amenities that were very appreciated such as hand soup at each sink, toilet paper, dish washing soap, coffee & filters, etc that we usually have to buy ourselves each time. We had a wonderful time & made more happy family memories.

What a beautiful and fun home! Aldo was so responsive and made us feel welcomed. The home was perfect for our family getaway. A Gem by the ocean
Pictures don’t really do the property justice. Clean, nice sized bedrooms, TV in main entertainment area and all the bedrooms. Close drive to the beach, neighborhood is very quiet, close to restaurants, stores etc. Only issue—one of the TV remotes was misplaced /lost we never found or received another. It was fine—we were in and out a lot. There is a noise ordinance so if your group is large, wanting to play loud music this not the place for you! I would definitely stay again!

Hidden Gem!!
Our group of two families (two sets of parents and two kids each) had a wonderful time! The house itself is beautiful, had everything we needed, and photos do not do it justice. The neighborhood felt safe, and the house and backyard were just lovely. Plenty of room for everyone to sleep and hangout. We had everything we needed in the kitchen and the laundry room. The master bath was lovely. The walk to the beach is a straight shot down about a half mile to the pier beach area, which was actually my favorite beach of the area. The beach has lifeguards, plenty of space, volleyball nets, and it was clean. There is also public parking at the beach, which is free Monday-Thursdays. Just a short drive to downtown Jacksonville, which was also fun to explore, and a short drive to a nearby marina allowed us to rent a boat and explore the area from the St John’s River. Plenty to see and do, and this is the perfect home base for it! The only thing I would change would be softer beds and thicker pillows—I did get a sore neck. Otherwise, awesome, and would love to stay again!

Perfect Family Getaway
Great communication with property manager Aldo. Very clean and spacious for easily 6 adults and 3 kids. Only 1/2 mile away from beach and dozens of restaurants. Quiet and friendly neighborhood. This location was like being at a hotel, with 5 large flatscreen TV’s, and plenty of room to stretch out in and outside of the house. The only comment of improvement is that the downstairs suite was a little warmer than the rest of the house. We would absolutely stay again!

The house was beautiful and very clean. The bed was comfortable. We were very close to the beach (driving). I didn’t like having cameras outside monitoring our coming and going. I do understand you want to keep your investment clean. However, the cameras made me feel weird. I wish I had known some of the rules prior to renting.

Great property!
Beautiful house and a short 3 minute drive to beach access. We had 6 adults and worked our perfect with accommodating our family. Only suggestion is to make sure you put the correct number of renters at time of booking, unlike most rental homes it does change the price. Owner was very responsive and check in was a breeze. Overall a 5 star from us & would recommend for your Jacksonville Beach stay!!!!
