Beautiful view
Publié le 16 nov. 2024 sur HomeAwayThis is a lovely condo with a perfect view of the ocean. We wanted a quiet neighborhood and a week of rest and relaxation and that is exactly what we got. It was a short driving time to get to town where we could find great restaurants, musical Playhouse, etc.

We were close enough to other things on the island outside of the beach and pool. If you’re looking for a quiet laid back vacation, I would rate this at the top.
The check-in process was flawless and the host was very responsive.
Full kitchen with all the usual appliances available.
5 Star unit, location, amenities, service and vacation.
Would definitely rent again.

My wife and I were only able to stay for 3 nights but we will definitely be back for a week long stay in the future. Gordon responds almost immediately to any questions and is an excellent host. Our first stay in Amelia Island was awesome!

Publié le 15 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe had a wonderful stay. The condo was beautiful and very comfortable and included everything for a great stay. The bed was extremely comfortable. Being right on the beach was wonderful. The communication with the owner was wonderful. We will definitely be back.

Great location, easy stay!
Publié le 11 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayI only originally had difficulty getting in the property gates, but I’m certain the host had written me instructions I had just glanced over them.
The property is in an excellent location with fantastic views of the beach.
My only complaint would be that the furniture needs to be updated, the bed was not very good and the pull out sofa mattress was not comfortable at all.
Overall the property is a great pick for anyone wanting to visit the island.

4th of July Get Away
Publié le 11 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe location of the villa overlooked the pool with a view of the beach. This was our first experience of viewing the fireworks on the beach. Wonderful experience. It was a very relaxing family atmosphere.
