Absolutely Amazing
Posted Dec. 24, 2024 on HomeAwayWe had an amazing stay! It was extremely clean from the unit its self as well as the pool. The staff and guards where amazing and extremely helpful. Its location is perfect with a beautiful beach across the street and its in walking distance to servel restaurants as well as night life. Overall a perfect vaction !!

Great beach location.
Posted Dec. 16, 2024 on HomeAwayThe property manager provided clear directions. Any questions were answered immediately. They helped arrange reliable transportation. The property was beautiful. Great sunsets! The pool is large and crystal clear. The property is well maintained. The beach was fantastic. There are lots of great restaurants in the area. We felt very secure. The security person met us at the gate every day . Everyone was super friendly.

Great location
Posted Nov. 17, 2024 on HomeAwayGreat location, just steps from the beach and close to everything in Jaco.With that said, I would have rather there were one large bed in the second bedroom instead of the small twin beds.

Thank you for your feedback regarding the twin beds in the second bedroom. I wanted to mention that if a single bed had been preferred, you were welcome to let us know in advance. Many of our guests with similar preferences request adjustments, and we are happy to accommodate when possible.
Additionally, the two twin beds can be pushed together to create a comfortable single bed, which is a convenient option for many of our guests.

Property Listing Disclosures
Posted Oct. 25, 2024 on HomeAwayThe only issue We had with our stay at this location was the Non-Disclosure of unannounced Guest limited visits from 10:00PM to 5:00AM. This restriction should be noted in the VRBO listing for future bookings.

Dear Gregory,
Thank you for your feedback. I understand that you had concerns about some aspects of your stay, and I appreciate the opportunity to address them.
Our management office informed me that a coffee maker was broken during your stay, and they sent a picture confirming this. The replacement cost is $85, and I would appreciate your reimbursement. Additionally, a few towels appear to be missing from the unit. No charge to relace the towels.
I understand there may have been some misunderstandings regarding the guest policies, particularly related to additional visitors from nightclubs. While I strive to communicate all policies clearly, I want to ensure each guest feels informed and comfortable. These guidelines are designed to provide a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.

Great location

I was surprised to see your comments, as no previous guests have reported similar issues. The two guests who stayed just before you left positive reviews, which I believe accurately reflect the quality of the condo. My commitment to maintaining the property in excellent condition is evident in the numerous positive reviews from my guests.
I encourage you to consider the experiences of my other guests, which suggest a different perspective than what you expressed. I also want to note that the cleaning team invested considerable time preparing the condo after your departure.

Jaco Beach
Posted Aug. 1, 2024 on HomeAwayI had made several changes and in the end could not travel due to health reasons. The host allowed my son to stay and was gracious and understanding with the changes. My son and his family absolutely loved the property and made friends with the staff.
I can not say enough good things 10/10.

Posted May 14, 2024 on HomeAwayLocation was fabulous! On beach and quick walk to town. Perfect. Pool was beautiful and large.
Only ‘hiccup’ was the shower head probably needed cleaning out because very little water came from the shower head off entry. Patio furniture was peeling and rusty.
