Publié le 25 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe only issue We had with our stay at this location was the Non-Disclosure of unannounced Guest limited visits from 10:00PM to 5:00AM. This restriction should be noted in the VRBO listing for future bookings.

Dear Gregory,
Thank you for your feedback. I understand that you had concerns about some aspects of your stay, and I appreciate the opportunity to address them.
Our management office informed me that a coffee maker was broken during your stay, and they sent a picture confirming this. The replacement cost is $85, and I would appreciate your reimbursement. Additionally, a few towels appear to be missing from the unit. No charge to relace the towels.
I understand there may have been some misunderstandings regarding the guest policies, particularly related to additional visitors from nightclubs. While I strive to communicate all policies clearly, I want to ensure each guest feels informed and comfortable. These guidelines are designed to provide a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.
Thank you again for your feedback, and I hope you were still able to enjoy parts of your stay.

Great location

I hope this message finds you well. I want to address your recent review on Vrbo. I have been renting this condo for almost 10 years, and during that time, I have consistently received excellent feedback. In fact, this is the first negative review I've ever received.
I was surprised to see your comments, as no previous guests have reported similar issues. The two guests who stayed just before you left positive reviews, which I believe accurately reflect the quality of the condo. My commitment to maintaining the property in excellent condition is evident in the numerous positive reviews from my guests.
I encourage you to consider the experiences of my other guests, which suggest a different perspective than what you expressed. I also want to note that the cleaning team invested considerable time preparing the condo after your departure.

Jaco Beach
Publié le 1 août 2024 sur HomeAwayI had made several changes and in the end could not travel due to health reasons. The host allowed my son to stay and was gracious and understanding with the changes. My son and his family absolutely loved the property and made friends with the staff.
I can not say enough good things 10/10.

Only ‘hiccup’ was the shower head probably needed cleaning out because very little water came from the shower head off entry. Patio furniture was peeling and rusty.

Jaco beach vaca.
Publié le 22 janv. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe location was 2nd to none, the views amazing, pool was great, area very safe. The unit it’s self is a bit tired. Not many supplies, garbage bags, dish clothes, cleaning products, toilet paper etc. I would definitely recommend to a friend and also I would go back. Jaco is an awesome place.

Great Location just as advertised
Publié le 8 janv. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe stayed at this property over Christmas of 2023. It is located on the beach and has a great pool just outside of the Condo.
We loved getting up in the morning to walk on the beach; it was walking in paradise.
There are great restaurants and coffee within walking distance.
The only minor issue is during the holiday some folks like to play loud music while parked on the beach in front of the condo. But I must admit everyone was very friendly and accommodating about any loud music.
We plan to return.
