Avis Beautiful Small Three Bedroom

Pros: Kind, responsive property managers, close to beach and local food nearby. Cons: Roaches. I was beyond mortified to have had my leftovers in a to-go box in the refrigerator and upon opening to Re-heat a cockroach about 1 1/2 - 2 inches long scurried out!!! Everything we had, that we’d opened we threw out. Upon leaving the room, at about 3:45a we were packing and cleaning our dishes and saw again baby roaches rushing to hide into the walls which confirmed there are roaches in the unit. Surprised me because it looks and smells clean! No SmartTv in the living area (small some in small bedroom) Elevators broken (from Fri-Monday) Other condo owners not thoughtful (someone parked in our assigned space on Sunday which appeared to be the day lots of people were there as parking was almost full for the first time since we’d been there. Don’t know if the other owners let their friends come visit and park wherever but it was very rude especially when were asked not to park in anyone else’s space.

Todo me pareció muy bueno, el apartamento con habitaciones amplias, cocina equipada, moderno, limpio, cerca de la playa, piscina. Lo único malo es que el check in es a las 3 pm y el checkout a las 11 am. Cuando lo normal es de que sea de 12 a 2 pm y esto no lo mencionan en la info de la reservación.
