Great Value and Laction to the Beach
Publié le 18 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayVery clean and comfortable for my wife and I. We will be staying there again in the near future. Great location to the beach and downtown area. A/C was a welcome break from the heat of the day. Only negative was there was no off-street parking.

The property pictures showed a very updated well kept appearance. However, the futon was disgustingly filthy. The bed was very cheap and uncomfortable. All of the towels had stains on them and we were only provided 1 face cloth. When we requested a second one from the property manager she gave us a hand towel and stated that they didnt have anymore wash clothes. The next day we inquired again and was provided another wash cloth. There was a bottled water in the refrigerator with a card stating the waer was complimentary. The bottle of water had been opened already. The area immediately outside the room was nowhere near clean/kept. There were other guests staying there who were very loud and inappropriate. The secured entrance door lock wasn't functioning properly and we had to ring the doorbell all but 1 time to get into the property. The area was very seedy. There were prostitutes day and night about half a block away. We arrived on a Friday evening and found a different hotel to stay at by Sunday morning. It was very unacceptable and a misleading property listing. Due to cutting the stay short we were still billed for the entire reservation. I should not have had to for the entire stay based on what issues we had to deal with and be inconvenienced. It costs us extra money to stay at another hotel. We were completely unsatisfied and disappointed.

Steps to the beach, clean, well equipped, close to restaurants and the host and staff are super. There's nothing not to like. Its my go to place when visiting if Ican get it.

Jaco stay
Publié le 13 avr. 2023 sur HomeAwayThe place was great! So close to the beach and allying distance to everything fun!! Jaco had some amazing restaurants and this place was very close to them all.
The only bad part was there was a guy on the street out front who made parking a nightmare and was not fun to deal with. Overall, great place to stay for a couple nights in Jaco!!
