Really great staff! Due to family emergency I Had to leave a few days early and property manager was very accommodating and refunded part of my original payment! Very grateful for our host.

No cancelation for some but not others??
Posted Feb. 23, 2023 on HomeAwayI stayed in room 5 and my friend stayed across the hallway. We left a day early at 6 AM on Saturday morning. We did not stay Saturday night. We checked out by 6 AM sharp more than enough time before a normal 11 AM check out. My friend was refunded the night he did not use and I was told I could not get a refund. Why does one person get a refund and I do not for the exact same place on the exact same dates????

Beachfront efficiency
Posted Oct. 6, 2022 on HomeAwayThe property was roughly a year old and it still looked brand new, with everything functioning properly. There were, however, a couple of issues you need to be aware of. 1) The property is on a very poorly lit stretch of street surrounded by sketchy areas where anyone could be hiding. A drunken homeless man was passed out next to the door one evening. 2) While brand new, the walls (and doors) are paper thin, and you can hear EVERYTHING around you. If I were to stay here again, I’d bring earplugs and a flashlight!
