Mal servicio el gerente o dueño no se hizo responsable de nuestra estancia no dio la cara ni el número que tienen en su página no es funcional puesto que es de celular solo el chico de recepción argumentaba que no tenían nada que ver con expedía

Worst experience I've encountered with Hotels.com

Upon arrival reception notified us that they no longer accepted reservations from Hotels.com. i spent @ 40 minutes truing to explain to yhe Hotsls.com customer service agent (who barely spoke English) about our experience. She placed me on hold for @ 5 minutes only to return to notify me that she could not reach the hotel. We verified the ph number she was using was accurate and it was. I gave her the on duty managers name of Andrew. She told me she could not speak to him on my cell phone (even though he was standing right in front of me) as that is considered a 3rd party call. She noted she would escalate my case since she was not able to verify Villa Montana no longer accepts reservations from Hotels.com. To say this was the worst experience I have had in my 30+ years of travel,would be an understatement. Please let meknow what additional information i can supply in order to receive my refund. Thanks much.

Mucho potencial, vista increíble pero sin terminar

Llegamos y no tenían nuestra reservacion, nos acomodaron en otra habitación muy bonita y mejor pero no estaba limpia, el aire acondicionado nunca funcionó y por las 3 primeras horas sin agua. Sólo el problema del agua se solucionó. Positivos: la locación espectacular, comida muy rica.

I would NEVER recommend this place. It was terrible. I Didn't like it at all. It smells bad, the receptionists is very rude. They gave us dirty towels like if they used them to clean the floor, there was no water. There was no security guard to open or close the garage gate. At night it could be dangerous to get out of the car to open the gate. Never go there.

WELL .I know the towels where clean because we gave you new towels. the receptionist was not rude until you called her stupid because you could not get your computer to connect to the internet like your wife did, To make lies in your review is wrong but I would suggest anyone that you make a reservation to in the future to deny you the reservation. I never respond bad to reviews even if they are bad but you were very rude to the people here and I would never accept your reservation again. have a good day sir.

I Stayed at Villas Montana in Costa Rica December 2019 with my family for a week. We encountered a Hotel that violated Several Safety and health code violations (photos attached), ( No smoke alarms in the suite , Exposed wiring from Wall sockets, unsafe elevator , room access requiring a manual key ( door was previously pried open). When we got to the room , it was filthy , we requested a they wash the sheets & towels,(we bought the detergent) and both toilet seats which they never did. We went through our own personal expense & time of cleaning the suite. Premises is not monitored by security and or CCTV except for the Baby Cam at the front desk. Wifi was barely adequate and only worked on the 3rd floor communal area. Staff was incredibly rude the entire time except of the cleaning lady that was assigned to our room. I'm a Silver member with HOTEL.com so i frequently book hotels through them but what disappoints me the most is how hotel.com advertises & promotes a hotel through their portal that has so many safety & health violations? Where are their standards & accountability? Logged a complaint with Hotel.com and no one from their team has reached out to me as of yet..

Mala primera impresión que mejoró con el tiempo, lugar con gran potencial pero todavía en remodelación. La terraza es espectacular

This hotel is the most horrible Hotel that I had ever visited; rooms are pretty nice but are old and the cleanliness is very poor. The elevator does not work most of the time; there was a child helping guest to go up and down because the elevators doors were not installed. The hotel does not have personnel to provide attention the communication is the worst and there is no WiFi. It looks like if you are arriving to a cheap motel. Pools look dirty with cold water and the room does not have even tv. Never book this hotel.

I am sorry you were not happy. We were finishing up some renovations. My son was helping with the second elevator we were using for the remodel. The two pools were getting heavy use do to the hotel being completely full over the holidays. As you said it is a very spacious place.

Primero, no habia recepcionista. Al preguntarle a cu un supesto guarda, me dijo que se encontraba en el nudom piso en una fiesta privada o algo así. Le pregunté al guarda si tenía Radio para llamarla y me dijo que no. Luego desde los pisos de arriba un hombre le gritaba a otros que estaban en la recepción de manera vulgar. Preferí salir de ese lugar, que me pareció cualquier cosa menos un hotel decente aunque perdiera el dinero. Nota interesante, cuando llamé a los números registrados en ésta página y en el exterior del hotel, sale una grabación que dice que los números no existen. Pérdida total de confianza.

New hotel with great ammenities

New hotel with 2 pools and picturesque views. Walking distance to everything. We had a very large 1 bedroom 2 bathroom suite with wrap around balcony with views of the entire bay (paid for small studio). Large cinema available any time. Friendly staff who gives you their direct number for anything you may need. It felt very private and secure. We will be back.
