My reservation was not honored by the hotel. The GM said that he canceled the reservation and informed Expedia the same day the reservation was made. I looked like a fool in front of my wife on valentine night. I was on the phone with Expedia for hours but no solution. I am very disappointed. I drove 2 hours to get back to the city late in the night while other we celebrating valentine. Need reimbursement and compensation

Dear Mr Sorry for this bad experience. We have asked expedia to remove the Hotel for the database since the 13th of Dec 2019. We will reach out wih them to be sure that Hotel is no more available for booking till we resolve some technical issues. Sorry again from the Management
