Neat and tidy
Publié le 5 févr. 2024 sur HotelsOverall resort was very neat and tidy. The staff were friendly and the Koswerf had good food. My only complaint is that our room smelt of smoke and the bed needs replacing.

Step back in time (in a good way)

Anyways, check-in staff were lethargic with zero smiles or welcoming nature (someone needs to remind them that they work in hospitality). This is an old-school type homely resort with so much to offer. Great location. Great activities. Amazing heated pools - especially at this time of year! Excellent for families - would most definitely return.

The chalets were kept in a very clean conditions. The beds were worn out and uncomfortable

Worse Holiday Accommodation ever...
Publié le 7 juin 2021 sur HotelsTo be honest, i won't even stay there for free. Everything on the internet is misrepresented and the pictures must be outdated. Nothing in that place works not even the heated swimming pool or the aircons and it was freezing cold. The cleanliness is on another level because even the bedding was dirty and had stains. No daily housekeeping but the place had no cleaning material apart from the weakest dishwasher liquid one can get and the expectation is that one must buy a washing and drying cloths and a scourer sponge from the shop if you want to clean utensils, cups, glasses etc. ATKV Drakensville spoiled a family holiday for us and i would not recommend this place for a LSM 3 above family.
