Super environnement pour l'hôtel Proche de l'entrée du parc. Bonne cuisine pour un prix raisonnable. Dommage de ne pas disposer de serviette en tissu décalage avec le style du restaurant

What a pity for such potential?
Publié le 26 mars 2019 sur HotelsStaff was on strike BECAUSE NOT PAID FOR FEBRUARY BY ORION AS AT 23 MARCH.
Skeleton staff of six did an amazing job and must be commended.
Lovely spot, but looks as though it will go to the dogs if Orion doesn't wake up. Are they in financial trouble?

Please accept our sincerest apologies for the inconvenience caused during your stay at our hotel. We would like to reassure you that we are not in any financial trouble and the issue with the staff was caused by the transport company which the staff use to get to and from the hotel. This has since been resolved and we are not expecting this to occur in the near future. We hope that although we were operating with skeleton staff you were still able to enjoy your stay with us and hope to see you back in the near future.

Publié le 26 mars 2019 sur HotelsOur first family holiday, was a nightmare. The room was dirty, the bedding and cot for my son was in a dreadful condition. The food was not what you would expect from a 3 or 4 star hotel.

Super Aussicht, sehr schön gelegen. Schöne Anlage, die allerdings schon in die Jahre gekmmen ist und dringend eine Renovierung benötigen würde.

Good value.
Publié le 21 janv. 2019 sur HotelsPLUS: Breakfast and dinner were excellent. The dining staff were attentive and friendly. The location and views were stinning.
MINUS: The buildings and rooms have an air of being slightly run down, with maintainence slipping. (Room had fused light bulbs, AC not cooling, shower leaking onto bathroom floor.) The car park and drop off was a long way from the room and there was no offer to help carry the luggage.
