Experience with Travelocity was worst.When I reached to Hotel, they didn't get the booking detail from Travelocity and I need to make the hotel payment again. I called the Travelocity many time but no response.

That was good. Hotels.com get me a better deal. I been to same place many times before but always paid high than what i had from hotels.com thanks a ton.

Bad service/management

I checked the reviews(there were hardly any) but I still booked it after checking out the background of the chain. Location was superb- just on the outskirts of Jaipur which meant no city traffic jams. On arrival, rooms allotted to us were soiled and no clean at all- coffee maker had fungus as if it was not used for months. We immediately asked for room change and series of bad experience started. First room key was broken so we could not get in so we called the front desk for help and told them to open the room till we had lunch. To our surprise room was still not opened even after 3-4 hours. We went to the front desk which was 300-400 meters from our rooms but everyone there was helpless due to lack of staff. After number of follow ups and raising voice, we finally got our room unlocked and thankfully this time it was clean. Then we asked for toiletries, water, tea etc etc etc but all was delayed by good 3-4 hours due to lack of staff. We were really furious and went to the GM of resort- he promised us for better service and offered free meals as means of compensation. Thankfully food was good and we went to Jaipur to enjoy our trip. Our trip could have been better if services were good but sadly we even faced "no-hot water" and "Ac not working" situations along with poor management. My advise do not book it or book only in non-season for better service. Lastly would also like to mention that service like pool, spa, gym, wifi are mentioned but are not functional.

Fooding is expensive and it tastes pathetic. Specially the Buffet !

combay far from city but spacious

Got got saved by their upgradation because of non availabity of rooms. Otherwise it spacious golf resort. Rooms if maintainted properly can be good. Cleanliness maintence is 2 level. There were billing problems also. Hotel can be good if maintainted properly. Best wishes
