worst hotel ever
Publié le 2 févr. 2018 sur HotelsThe hotel is the worst we are ever been. We changed room one time and it was still so much noisy. I tried to get a refund but the manager of the hotel didn’t want. He even insultes me... He doesn’t know what services and hospitality mean. Please avoid its hotels for the better

Great value for the money.
Publié le 9 mai 2018 sur HotelsThe Comfort Inn Sapphire is a great Western-style hotel close to the old city of Jaipur and a relatively short tuk-tuk (auto rickshaw) ride away from the Amber Fort (we paid 200 rupees).
In terrms of the room, the bed was comfortable, the AC worked great (offering relief from the extreme heat of Jaipur in May), the shower had solid pressure and heat, the hotel provided complimentary bottles of water daily, and, overall, made for an extremely clean, comfortable stay.
The staff was accommodating, starting with offering us complimentary glasses of cold cola on arrival (perfect to settle the stomach). The desk staff also made change for us so we had smaller rupee notes and helped us order an Uber to the airport at the end of our stay.
We visited several hotels in India during our trip and so sampled multiple hotel breakfasts. This breakfast had a larger proportion of Indian food as opposed to Western food, but the omelette satisfies and one of the servers, Ratan, was very friendly and eager to accommodate requests.
All in all, great value for the money.

Es un hotel limpio y agradable para solo llegar a dormir y dormir agusto. No es lejos de lo turistico sin embargo recomendamos mejor tomar tuc tuc, el personal es muy amable.

Good hotel in middle of Jaipur

Contre : Hotel should look at keeping at least 1litre mineral water per guest & extra drinking water for making tea/coffee.
Pleasing Experience. Good Staff. At reasonable distance from Airport. Nice Breakfast spread as well as dinner buffet. Keep it up.
