Hamir House - An amalgamation of elegance and comfort

This is an independent bungalow situated in a brilliant locality with all facilities including parks, a sports centre, shopping complex, restaurants, etc., within 1-5 mins away. The interiors are tastefully done wherein the walls exhibit photography done in several parts of Europe.

Its a fully furnished house with 3 bedrooms, one grand hall, one living room, a grand fully functional kitchen, a huge terrace and a cozy upper terrace. Each bedroom has an attached bathroom. The hall has a dining area and a sitting space. The guests can sit and relax in the hall or in the living space. The living space can sit 10 people at a time or more ( with extra chairs).

The terrace is definitely a highlight with a special sitting segment and a swing. It gets really beautiful and breezy around the evening and is an absolute delight.

The house is situated in a beautiful and convenient locality with spacious bungalows and villas around. It is super special to be in a quiet and open quarter, different from the cramped up and noisy areas, yet, 5-20 mins away from any/every landmark. There is a sport club right outside the lane which offers all sports and a pool. There are several parks in the locality. It is a self sufficient area.
