Horrible stay

Horrible, awful stay. Hotel was under refurb, banging, hammering and drilling all day long; dust everywhere, carcinogenic smell of paint in the rooms and in the corridors (we changed 3 rooms in 3 days!). Management just did not care. They kept saying there were not noises (even if showed the video attached). I was sick and couldn't rest. Also, we saw rat in the breakfast room (breakfast was awful, empty, horrible instant coffee, unhygienic). No hot water and wifi! Avoid avoid avoid!

The property is good but highly priced. Also there is no facilities or activities there, making it just a stay option.

Needs Improvement ...clealiness and cost.

It was a pleasant stay. Cleaniliness needs attention. Food is too costly...qty is also less..compared to equivalent status.

Staffs were good but the response for any request was very late. Bathroom has no jet spray. Room was not that good as per the pay we made. Terrace was something which we liked and thought of getting an opportunity to sit but the staff was rude and they ask money for sitting on terrace arrangement and my assumptions were ,we had access to dine on terrace
