Rapport qualite/prix a revoir
Publié le 10 août 2018 sur HotelsLe cadre est beau, mais le service n'est pas a la hauteur. Le personnel est aimable et bien attentionné, mais il est sous-dimensionné. Le service est lent, et la qualite n'est donc pas a la hauteur du prix demande. C'est une deception quand compare a d'autres 5* de la ville dont le prix par nuit est largement moins eleve.
Le restaurant italien est excellent; le buffet est un peu cher pour ce qu'il est.
Mention particuliere au petit-dejeuner dont les boisssons chaudes mettent 10minutes a etre servies.

Séjour irréprochable dans un palais très raffiné

C'est un véritable palais, aménagé de manière extrêmement raffinée, dans un immense parc avec une très belle piscine, des envolées très romantiques de centaines de pigeons, un joueur de flûte indienne le matin au petit déjeuner, des danses et un spectacle de marionnettes tous les soirs,... Nous avons été upgradés en chambre luxe très élégante, avec vue sur le jardin. L'équipement de la chambre et de la salle de bains était parfait, ainsi que la propreté de l'ensemble. Le petit déjeuner était pantagruélique, pris sur la terrasse de l'hôtel. Nous avons également testé le restaurant indien et le restaurant italien de l'hôtel qui étaient tous les deux très bien, avec une petite déception pour le restaurant indien, où il a été difficile de se faire conseiller pour le choix des plats dans une cuisine que nous connaissons moins bien. L'hôtel est situé au calme, mais dans la ville et proche des différents monuments à visiter à Jaipur. bref un vrai service 5 étoiles pour un prix finalement très raisonnable.

Room was terrible and water leaking everywhere
Pay so much money and it’s not worth it.
I had to complain my second day of stay.
They offer me other room .
But since we are only staying for three nights
We did not bother
Please the restaurant staff omg they are so slow and service is very very poor
