Great place in Jaipur for larger party. Location requires car
Publié le 15 mars 2023 sur HomeAwayThis is a great a property. It was large enough for 4 of us adults.
Caretaker person was very helpful and even took care of broken AC.
Building is nice and modern. The apartment was clean and modern.
Only issue is located in residential area and not easy to walk to restaurants etc.

Towels were dirty. The towels were stained and not even good enough to be used as rags. Walls had stains and scuff marks on them. Linens were clean but old and tired.
Property manager responded but was drunk and did not understand my questions in local language. I was refused clean towels upon asking on to consecutive days.

Comfortable and Convenient
Publié le 21 févr. 2020 sur HomeAwayThis apartment is tucked away in a quiet cut-de-sac and was a little hard to find at first, but by asking it was then easy. It is very convenient for getting to various parts of the city, including the Old City, the museums, and several parks. Restaurants and shopping are all within walking distance or a short Tuk-Tuk ride. The Metro is also convenient. This is a comfortable apartment with all basic amenities, and a fine base for exploring Jaipur. I was there for 9 days and was able to learn all about the city from here.

Five star Apartment stay.
Publié le 6 mai 2018 sur HomeAwayThis is a fantastic apartment to stay at in Jaipur. It has a traditional Indian feel and is situated in a traditional building located in a wonderful area which is safe and in a higher class, with no traffic as it is within a colony based setting.
It is very clean and well looked after with everything you need to make a stay here just as a home away from home. With two bedrooms and two showers, it makes well for two or more staying here. It has a well equipped back kitchen with cooker and microwave as well as a toaster / sandwich maker. It is a comfortable place an there is not residential noise.
It has Tata Sky TV with English settings for Hindi films and UK TV. There is also a sound system with ability to hook up a media player or phone. Nice dining table and a balcony.
The area is very well situated and leads to a main road (Ajmer Road) which leads to the famous M I Road if you turn left, or Civil Lines crossing if you turn left, which is very simple to walk along and leads to many local spots and highlights. 10 minuets on foot to the Inox Centre for great shopping , tuk-tuks and lost of street vendors serving food and one of the best Chai teas in Jaipur. There are parks within 5 minuets walking time and some great restaurants on Ajmer Road.
The apartment has a caretaker on hand for all needs and he is very helpful. The owner is well educated, down to earth and great to chat with.
The showers have controllable heat and the taps also. Many hotels have only tepid water but here is perfect in that regard. I have stayed here a few times and never had a single issue. Plenty of air conditioning and fans. Plenty of plugs and even UK sockets. They look like regular Indian plugs but they are multi varied, so if you do not have an adaptor with you, then no panic.
Lastly: The price is really good for this place as likewise apartments are much higher priced.
I recommend it fully.
