I didn't book a five-star hotel so I didn't expect one. However, my biggest issue with the property is the crappy Wi-Fi. They didn't clean the room during my stay. And it seems to have an electrical issue that makes the light flicker intermittently. The staff tried to be helpful and apart from that its was okay.
