Très bien mais une petite rancoeur...
Publié le 5 janv. 2015 sur HotelsNous sommes une famille de 2 adultes 3 enfants et avons séjourné 3 nuits dans 2 chambres du Park Prime. Les chambres sont impeccables, silencieuses, chauffées en hivers, très agréables. Le petit déjeuner est parfait. Le personnel est accueillant, aimable, efficace...quand tout va bien ! En effet, nous avons oublié un de nos passeport dans le coffre de la chambre, avons téléphoné quelques heure après notre départ, la réception nous a assuré avoir bien cherché et n'avoir rien retrouvé. Notre chauffeur indien et notre agence de voyage à Delhi ont aussi téléphoné à plusieurs reprise pour insister car nous étions sûrs et certains d'avoir oublié le passeport dans la chambre. Chambre soi disant fouillée, passeport pas retrouvé...Ce n'est qu'à la fin de notre séjour en Inde, alors que nous achevions les longues démarches (dont un AR sur Delhi...) auprès de l'ambassade et office des visas que le Park Prime nous a contactés pour nous annoncer que le passeport avait été retrouvé...dans le coffre !! Cela laisse une sacré gout d'amertume !...!

Bien mais piscine très insuffisante

Great location, just a short taxi ride to Old City. Room was sparkling clean and well equipped. Rooftop pool was clean (pigeon poop on the deck surrounding, but pool itself was clean) and refreshing and I had it entirely to myself 8-9am on a Saturday. Unfortunately it closes at 7pm and we were not told this upon checkin so we tried to go swimming after arriving at 9 and were told we could not by the staff of the Terrace restaurant. So we decided to enjoy the rooftop another way and sat down to have a drink and maybe something to eat. Our drinks took a long time to arrive and we were never even offered a food menu.
Breakfast buffet in the morning was a better experience. Good food, attentive staff. Travel concierge offered to call us a taxi to take us around for the day- 8hr package with a great driver/tour guide was Rs 1600, definitely worthwhile to see the city without the hassle of hailing rickshaws every time you want to go somewhere else, (especially if you want to go outside city limits to Amer Fort, Monkey Temple, etc) plus our driver gave us good advice and tips, and pointed out landmarks along the way.

Great place to stay

On the other had, it brought a needed tranquility from the buzz and frenetic atmosphere of this beautiful city. Hotel is pretty new, well trained staff to help you with any needs, and rooms are spacious and comfortable. Totally recommended
