Location’s good, staff as well. Rooms were clean and tidy and they gave lot of breakfast as it was part of the tariff. The only thing I didn’t like was that the room service was bit slow. Restaurant food items are quite expensive. Overall good place to stay.

Perfect stay for Jaipur

Excellent guest service, attentive staff that always caters for your needs. Allowed late check out due to our driver being late. Will definitely use this hotel for future bookings

Terrible location. The first room we were given was stinking, so we asked for a change, only to be given a worse room. Thanks for nothing. Had to book a place at very short notice, so went with this one. Should’ve booked a 1k/night room instead and had the same experience.

Cheat management at hotel

In short, a bad experience. We had booked this hotel from hotels.com. The 31st gala dinner was not mentioned anywhere on this site. However while checking in, the hotel staff tried to make us pay for the dinner. We showed them the terms and conditions and told them it was not mentioned anywhere. Even then, they took a while to agree and at one point even told us we should either pay for the dinner or just get the booking cancelled. In the end, however they let us stay without paying for the gala dinner. If someone was not as informed as us, they would have made the poor guy pay for it. In my opinion, a hotel which doesn’t have the integrity to stand by its own terms and conditions has a lot to improve and is not a place worth staying at.

Nice Hotel, but with air conditioning issues.

Air conditioner does not work or is turned off in many parts of the hotel. I faced air conditioning issues in my room as well. Plus, there was music played very loud late at night for events at the hotel. On the plus side, the staff is excellent.

Wonderful Experience in this hotel, loved the food, loved the ambience.
