The staff was helpful but the facility sucks. These were touted as luxury tents with attached toilet and bath. The toilet was non-functional. Right there this facility can only get a 0 on any rating scale from me. The linen was old and had not been changed. Imagine sleeping in a luxury tent on linen that has not been replaced. The tent itself was very dusty.
The evening cultural program was nice. The ambience was decent. And as I said some of the staff was trying to be helpful within the limits of what they could do. I want to thank them.

Dear Mr. Naveen Saxena, Thankyou for your valuable feedback. It was pleasure for Team Camp e Khas to serve you and your loved ones. We will definitely work on our shortcomings and with a positive approach. Now its march and sometimes the wind speed gets high, all the tents are cleaned and made till 12 Noon. Dust will come back in the tents if the wind flow increases and we cannot stop nature. If you find so, you can let the staff know and they will certainly clean the tents and will change the linen. Team Camp e Khas, is always " Dedicated to serve" and we have latest equipment's for cleaning, so the task can be done in minutes. Dust is a natural process in desert and that cannot be stopped but it can certainly be cleaned if you ask the staff. We have 40 AC tents with determination to give utmost quality and comfort to our valuable guest in these tough desert conditions.
