Not very clean towels were dirty

L’bit away from City and city center. Staff is very helping and cooperative. Travel desk service is excellent. Breakfast was very average.

Not worth it amount spend. Hotel photographs in expedia must be 10years old. Property need renovation.

Looks pleasing from exteriors. Breakfast was good.
Rooms and washroom is bit old and requires renovation.

Pretty hotel but no luxury, great staff

Waiters were very friendly, though some of their clothes were stained/obviously dirty and the restaurant had a fly problem. The room was decent, not luxury by any means but functional. Other guests were extremely loud late at night, shouting in the corridors. We were hoping staff would tell them to be considerate of other guests.... The architecture and decor is very nice. Overall not a luxurious experience at all but the staff is super friendly and helpful. And of course Jaisalmer is arguably the most beautiful place in India. Don’t miss it.
