Wast of time and money

The tents were terible there was no cleanliness and it was not near to the photo given on app. We did not stay even there. The hotel manager was rude over the phone when i told to cancel the booking and did not return the advance given.

Madam As talked earlier reserving a peak date like 31st Dec is non refundable. As per the pic is concerned they were exactly the same. Madam cleanliness was not the issue at all, we have well qualified housekeeping team to take care of it anyways thank you for your valuable feedback

What makes this a SUPER place to stay was the support staff, ever there for you and your needs.. AWESOME. Very quite and away from the maddening crowds and noise. WILL STAY HERE AGAIN
