The property itself was great. Very clean. The staff was very pleasant to deal with and very attentive.
The outer promises (outside the gate was dirty.

First of all the building and the room was beautiful, spacious and clean but this hotel is advertised as 5 stars and is very far from the service expected for such a high category hotel.
Some examples:
- the hotel is advertised to be in Jaisalmer, but it is one hour drive from the city
- there is no hair dryier in the room
- there is no laundry service, gym and wifi is super slow;
- we dined at the reastaurant and it took 45 minutes to serve our table (please note that we were two tables only with at least 6 people serving);
- there is no bar;
- it’s not possible to have cappuccino at breakfast;
- our room was made and the bathroom window was left open.
